Potter Building Services is a privately owned and operated company established in New Zealand in 1983 by John Potter. The company has two working directors John Potter and Elwin McKay-Smith.

With extensive experience in open systems software development and systems integration we know our market needs. We have a portfolio that includes a number of New Zealand’s flagship buildings and New Zealand’s largest office block.

 We offer complete end-to-end solutions in each of these open protocols: Lon Works, BACNET, Mod BUS and Device Net. We also develop custom software and hardware applications to meet unique needs.

We are New Zealand’s only ECHELON Authorized Network Integrator and LED Independent LNS Developer and have been since 2006.
