John Potter (Director) has been a registered Independent Qualified Person (IQP) tradesman since 1990. We can assist to get or maintain your building W.O.F. We can assist with the following:

Features and Systems Listed in Section 44 of the Building Act 1991 

• Automatic doors, which form part of any fire wall and which are designed to close shut and remain shut on a fire alarm
  
• Emergency lighting systems
  
• Escape route pressurisation system
  
• Mechanical ventilation or air conditioning systems
  
• Other mechanical, electric, hydraulic or electronic systems- electrical and electronic control systems
